This policy covers the koshkasolutions.com website, operated by Koshka Properties LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Koshka Solutions is a trade name of Koshka Properties LLC, a New York limited liability company.Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which you'll find on that app's page under Apps.
What we collect
The website itself collects very little:
- Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company, project details, budget range and how you heard about us.
- Server logs. Like most web servers, ours records basic technical information about each request (IP address, browser user agent, page requested and time) to keep the site running and secure.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website, and our fonts are served from our own server rather than a third party.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to you and to discuss the work you've asked about. We use server logs only to operate and protect the website. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
- Our hosting provider runs the server that serves this website and holds its logs.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for an ongoing conversation or project, and for any period the law requires us to keep business records. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@koshkasolutions.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults, and is not directed at children under 13.
